Signal Congress has very basic core values. We believe that people and the free markets best solve nearly every problem that confronts us on a daily basis and we want Congress, and even other branches of government, to stay out of things that do not concern them.

We believe that the United States Government should stick rigidly to the Constitution and stop expanding their control over American society through legislation, executive order and judicial mandate.
