Signal Congress was started by J.J. Jackson, President of Land of the Free Studios, Inc. as a way to send a message to our elected representatives in the United States about issues the American people feel passionately about and as an alternative to old fashioned paper petitions which members of Congress ignore if they already do not agree with the position.

The idea behind Signal Congress is that it is far more impressive to flood Congress with something other than petitions, such as Green Light buttons as our current Operation “GO” suggests.
